They wouldn't help us with our cat. We couldn't pay the full amount requested for his dental work right then so we asked for pain meds and fluids since he was dehydrated. I told them I wanted to pay for that and they said NO if you don't pay the $1500 right now he will die. I said I have to figure out the money and call around to make sure that's the best thing for our cat. And also the vet just looked in his mouth for a few seconds and gave us this diagnosis that he has periodontal disease. No x-rays where done or anything else. I was told by another vet that their diagnosis was not right. They need to x-ray for that diagnosis. And also the same day I too him to another vet and they gave us pain meds for him and treated him with fluids to hydrate him. Resolution Sought I would like my 82.00 back that they charged me for the office visit. I drove across town to them for horrible treatment and no help. They could at least gave our cat meds and fluids. I was willing and and asking for that in the least. They should also pay us for the trauma of telling us our cat will die. When they could help like the other vets did. I also have proof if you need it.
