Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My kids are not with me and I'm complaining because I would like to get my kids back with me. The lawyer I paid to handle my case did not do good enough to satisfy me and I would like to have something done about this. This is my brothers lawyer and I wanted my kids to be living in the custody of my brother but this lawyer failed to do as I told him and I am disappointed that I paid him $4,000 and I would very much appreciate it if you could help me with this matter. Thank You. Resolution Sought Send the children to my brother is what I want done. I do not want my children to be with the adoptive parents .I want them with family.
