Purchased a transmission for my car,was promised a specific amount of milage (31,000) and that the part was coming from Texas .I found out part was purchased not too far from where I reside with milage of (99,000).I call the company explained that they didn't do what they promised. I told them I would like to cancel and get a refund they hang up on me. Resolution Sought To assist me in getting me a refund and investigate what kind of business they are running.
