I was in a Temporary modification it fail off was suppose to get paperwork completed to make it a permanent Modification. Paperwork was messed up this has been going on for 16 months. I had to pay them a up front retainer then a monthly fee of $596.00 monthly nothing that I can tell has been done. I was current on my mortgage and now I'm 15 months behind. I've not only given this firm money to represent me which I feel they haven't but I'm about to lose my home because they didn't do as I was promised. I don't know what to do. Resolution Sought They need to fix this mess without continuing to charge me on a monthly basis. It took me 3 months for the temporary modification. I was told by 3 other firms that it should have not taken this long and I should have paid maybe 2 payments of $625 that should have been all and had it settled 30 to 90 days because the mortgage company can take up to 30days to make a decision.
