They came out and did a assessment in 2020 and they gave me a estimate of 15000, and the guy told me that after we fixed it that I would not have any more issues, but now here I am 3 yrs later and it is worse then when they did it, I ask for a reimbursement and they said it had been 3 yrs they are nothing they can do, now i am going elsewhere, so I can get it fixed permanently instead of them coming our 2 a year to adjust fir almost 200 more dollars. Resolution Sought I would like some kind of a reimbursement since I had been promised it would be completed fixed without any issues.

General manager Andy when back out to re evaluate the job after service tech Michael. After sitting zip level on floor by front door to zero. Andy walked around house was level where basement doctor have installed smart jacks. Check where basement doctor did not install smart jacks was unlevel. Basement Doctor fixed where H/O had problem at that time. Michael went out several times before Andy and told H/O needs more smart jacks in other areas. H/O had more issues now then back in May 2021 when sold them smart jacks. Andy told H/O needs more work H/O don't want to pay for them. Said Basement Doctor should paid for them. H/O asked Michael for their money back but wants to keep Basement Doctor product. Michael said he would check with Andy and Andy told him no we won't give money back or keep product. Basement Doctor fixed what H/O asked us to fix in May 2021.
