I ordered shower glass for a Neo-Angle Shower stall. Bill came to measure. I paid him he brought the glass back. I had it installed and the contractor says it is a little off on one side. I called him and told him about it. He keeps making excuses and will not come to see. Been waiting 2 months now. I called him on today November 16 and was trying to tell him he made excuses and hung up in my face. This is sad I just want my Shower fixed. Terrible customer service. He will not even take the time to try to resolve. Resolution Sought At this point I want my money because I probably got to pay someone else. And his customer service is horrible.
