There being rude every time i call to ask them about something they rudely not answer or hang up on me for no reason.

Hey I have a complaint against the bike factory in Edwardsville. There being rude every time i call to ask them about something they rudely not answer or hang up on me for no reason. The owner name is alex he's the owner of the store. i don't like his attitude or his employees but need to find out what's happened they change sense they moved to a new location you just cant treat your customer that way. Be responsibility and respectfully nice to customers and treat people with respect no hanging up on people or not answering that's how you keep a business that's why there a 3 star rating because of lack of response and attitude
