Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Placed an order on April 7, 2021 still have not gotten order. Company is lying using COVID as an excuse for delay stating post office is behind when in fact based off tracking info, my order was just shipped from a couple days ago from company (thats 2 months later). This company has poor to no communication w/ customers . Twice I had to reach out inreference to my order status & was given the run around. Finally order has shipped as of a couple days ago. I have ordered /mailed many things that were shipped through USPS from other states as well as other countries none have taken this long during the pandemic. Resolution Sought Just want my order....Will never shop with company again.....company really need to work on customer service.
