1st they go into my bank account and take money WITHOUT my knowledge. I consider that to be wire fraud since I'm in a different state. Their customer service is rude , unprofessional. Gives me a hard time Resolution Sought Fined lots and lots of money.

I received a ring on a payment plan. Upon receipt, it did not fit just right, so I wanted to exchange it for one 1/2 size down. I ended up emailing them 4 times asking them for a return label so I could return it for an exchange. I never received any label even though they insisted they sent it. I even checked spam and nothing! At this point I am just wanting to return it altogether for the terrible customer service experience I received . Resolution Sought I want a full refund of the purchase price. I will send ring back when I receive the return label or address of the return department.
