I received a ring on a payment plan. Upon receipt, it did not fit just right, so I wanted to exchange it for one 1/2 size down. I ended up emailing them 4 times asking them for a return label so I could return it for an exchange. I never received any label even though they insisted they sent it. I even checked spam and nothing! At this point I am just wanting to return it altogether for the terrible customer service experience I received . Resolution Sought I want a full refund of the purchase price. I will send ring back when I receive the return label or address of the return department.

I ordered a statute from them that was advertised as being five connected statues. It ended up being one. When they sent an email asking how the order went I replied and told them about it. They never replied to this email. Weeks later I got a charge on my credit card and I called them about it. They stated I signed up for a subscription which I did not. Apparently was I not only going to get that charge but then three more. Never did I get any email about additional charges or orders. Upon googling them I see reviews about people having tons of issues and false charges. This company is fraudulent and deceptive in their business practices. I could not get any type of refund on the first one. I am now having to monitor my credit card and bank accounts constantly because of this company. I'm worried they sold my information elsewhere too. Resolution Sought I want a complete refund for the original order. I want no more charges from them. I want my information gone from their company system. And I think you guys should investigate them based on other reviewers (which I wish I had looked at first).
