I tried to order replacement checks for my mother at a cost of $28.28 on Jan 8th. On the 9th, I received an email stating that she had already ordered checks from them in the past and the introductory offer does not apply to her, therefore she was getting charged full rate of $65.09. I replied to the email requesting a cancelation of the order, since the price more than doubled. I received an email back saying that the checks were already sent to the printers and cancelation was not possible. This to me is unsatisfactory business practice as well as customer service. But since they already had the payment information, they had to reason to comply to my request. Resolution Sought A total refund. They can keep the checks as I requested in the 1st place.

I purchased 2 items from here a yr. Ago and have not recd said items. I ordered a buffalo bills train set and a ny yankees tap set of which I have 4 out of 7 taps. The last time I called the girl told me the next item in the tap system was the baseball glove and it should be delivered by the 28th of the month. No shows wen I called, the girl refuted the claim. They also told me that a buffalo bills train car was sent in july. Again no show. I have to call every week or so to see wat is going on. Resolution Sought Ship the products

Company states; Our records indicate we shipped 5 New York Tappers to the client. The item number are as follows: 14-02155-001 NY Tapper 14-02155 -002 Crack of the Bat 14-02155-003 Display Rack 14-02155-004 Home Run 14-02155-005 Edition Limit We are expecting to receive our inventory of the next tapper, number 1 Fan, item 14-02155-006 in the beginning of December, estimated to ship Mid-December. The last tapper 14-02155-007 is still in conceptual status and we are waiting for further information. Mr. Everts also had questions regarding the Buffalo Bills Train. Per our records he resolved the matter with our customer service on September 19, 2023, confirming that he received his train car and wanted to cancel the rest of the collection. I did cancel the buffalo bills train out of frustration. I have not received any taps since I cant remember the last time I received the last one. Their customer service stinks as every time I call I get a different answer. The last time I called the rep told me that the issue was canceled. I only canceled the bills not the taps and he told me if I uncancelled the taps they would send me wat I already have. I don't understand why they do business with the producer of the taps if they only make taps once or twice a year . Find another company. And I don't understand how u can sell items that u don't have
