I applied to lease an apartment, but was provided no information on terms of lease, move-in costs, or amounts of security deposit. I was desperate to find a place and taken by unprofessional illegal practices. The costs are extremely high compared to the market rates and out of my reach and the company won't do the right thing and refund the deposit amount. I was also told a different monthly rent when I had originally spoken with the leasing agent which is frustrating. The final offer sent shows rent at 1025 and I was told 1005. Resolution Sought I want my security deposit of $75 refunded.
