On Feb 9th 2024 a friend and I dined in we ordered the valentines special the lobster and steak, three course meals. Our experience was so quick we arrived at 6:45pm we were done being served by 7:30. With that being said the food is just sitting back there. It was served to us cold the lobster bisque and then the entrees the lobster tail and the broccoli was cold and charred so badly it left a burnt taste in your mouth. You could not even get that taste out of your mouth the rest of the meal the potatoes look like they could have came out of a box the weren't real potatoes and they were cold as well. Our waitress took forever to wait on us and at the end she never brought our dessert we had to ask her. Very poor service and food. This was my first time here for the both of us. And maybe our last. I feel you do not care about customer service I have been reaching out to your establishment for a week and I have not received any feedback a call or email at all. That is very bad service I very appalled by the way you have treated me and my guest I feel you should try to follow up on all complaints you made me feel like my complaint is not worth listening to I do not feel valued as a customer in your place of business and this is sad. Resolution Sought I would like my money back the meal was not worth it and the appearance of the food and the smell was unbearable.
