I put down a $2500 down payment for a barn September 2020, I told them at the time that i wouldn't be able to have it put up until this spring/ summer and they said that was fine as long as i got it before September 2021. Now i cannot get anyone to contact me by phone and i have only gotten a couple if emails that is few by different people. I contacted Carolina Carports who are the actual manufacturer and they said they cant get a hold of anyone either. I need clarification on my itemized bill before i can get a permit. It seems like once they got my down payment, now they have trouble getting in contact with me, my contractor, Carolina Carports or my county code person. Please help!!! Resolution Sought I want The Building Store to contact me by phone to go over itemized bill.
