After have lived in one of their residence in the oxford area for 2 years, I had 2 roommates move out and 2 move into their places to covsr rent and utilities. After signing a lease agreement, we were told we didnt need to pay a security deposit as it also said in the lease. So we had forgotten about it since we had been told we didnt need to pay it, we later reviewed to lease to see that it had been changed and their were additions made to it. After seeing that it had been changed before we had gotten a copy, we found that it was something that should be brought to attention. Resolution Sought We would like to have our proper lease agreement given to us and things be set even so things may be not be so hostile between landlord and tenant
