Company Response

1/28/2022

Company states; Responding to the complaint we received on THE CAR LOT. Susan purchased a GMC Yukon DENALI on 1/13/22. A couple of days after purchasing the husband (Dakota) called and said the headlight was not working and was not getting gas. Cory had him bring the vehicle in that day and both issues was fixed the same day. No further issues were stated. On 1/19/22, Dakota called and spoke with I, Amanda the receptionist stating he had gone into work and was laid off and that he wanted to know about turning the vehicle back over to THE CAR LOT because they would not be able to afford it not having a job. I explained that if they wanted to return the car that was their choice, but would not get down payment back due to already purchasing the vehicle. A little later Dakota brought all the paperwork back and the vehicle. I had them sign a document, which is attached to this email (upon request) and the Grossman's did not say anything else about the vehicle other than the Dakota about being laid off.
