Tom wrote my contract to start the fence for March 28/29th since it was a 2 day project. Crew didn't start until April 4th and didn't come back to finish until April 6th after I called Tom and asked when were they coming back to finish. Crew got there at 2pm and finished at 8pm with no light. Tom came by April 8th to get remainder of money and said gate looked great. I went out there the same day after work to find fence gapping already and lock on gate hanging from missing screws. Tom then came out following week after several times of me calling and promised to be present when the crew comes back to correct mistakes April 18 or 19th. No call or show on both days so I called Tom. He then hung up on me and blocked my number because it now goes to voicemail. I took a video and pictures of the problem. Resolution Sought I want 3000.00 back which is half of what I paid to find someone else to fix their mistakes.
