CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have not received a newspaper since Dec. 14. My subscription didn't expire until Jan. 27. They blame it on carrier problems. I call EVERY day but customer service is a joke. All this is after complaining about late deliveries for THREE years. Each day I am assured that problem will be resolved but it is a generic recording designed to pacify . Resolution Sought I want the 4 weeks of newspapers that I have already paid for and the 30 day extension that was promised by Jerome at Customer Service AND the 30 day extension that was promise by Robyn Ashley via e-mail.
