I signed up with Renew and Cherry Technology financed the transaction. After the 1st visit I told them I wanted to cancel this arrangement. Renew said they would take care of it. I was getting bills from Cherry Technology that I was behind on my payments. I contacted them and told them I canceled this with Renew. I called Renew and they said they paid them back for the loan. I still kept getting past due payments from Cherry Tech. Renew said that sent the money to me but they didn't. They finally paid them they say I still owe them $424.00? Not sure exact Amt. they called and they would clear up my credit which dropped from 840 to 670 over this. They too $299, to clear this out and clear my credit report. I had a witness to that call it was on speaker. They still have not cleared my credit report up so my credit score could go back to what it was. I paid them the $299 on 1/26/24 with my Discover card. Please help me clear this up. I worked hard to get my credit up to 840. Thank you so much for whatever you can do for me. Resolution Sought Please contact the company at Cherry Technology at 888-839-7171 and see if they will clear this off my credit report. I want my credit score back to where it belongs.
