I bought a policy of term life for my daughter 20 years ago, with the option to transfer too whole life. Or have premiums returned. after 20 years. Trying to get premiums returned looks like a scam. We have to jump through a lot of hoops, and keep getting billed with the threat of cancelation of policy with loss of surrender value. Company is lying about procedures to close contract and changing possible outcome. Resolution Sought Close original contract and and return principal to named insurance holder. All info available on request.

11.6.23 - REVISED COMPANY RESPONSE: To recap the complainant stated he bought a policy for his daughter 20 years ago that he need to further inquire about. He did not provide his daughters name or the policy number. We responded to you on October 10, 2023 and advised you we would need more information (the daughters name, policy number and an address we could respond to) in order to look into this further. To date we have not received the additional information we requested. We did however receive another response from you indicating that our response didn't properly address the complainants allegations or was inadequate. Again, we don't have all of the information we need to research this further. *********************************************** We will need more information on this, including the policy owners name, policy number and an address to respond to the insured.
