I placed an order on December 16, 2023 for some uniform pants for my child. One of the pants was cancelled from the order, I called the same day regarding a refund for the cancelled item. One rep told me it would take a year to get my refund back. What he was saying didn't make sense so I ended the call and called back. The second rep told me it would take 3-5 business days to get my refund back to the giftcard that I used. On Monday Jan 9th I sent a complaint through the or online email us button and I've even called where I was told the refund was issued. I never received a response to my online complaint. The refund was never issued and on the giftcard that's still attached to my account the balance shows $0.1. At this point I'm sure they're not going to refund me and I'd like my money back in the form of a check at this point. They need to be investigated because at this point I'm sure I'm not the only person they're scamming who had t received a refund. I'm pretty sure they thought I'd forget about it and move on. Resolution Sought I want my money back and I want it back now in the form of a check!!

I returned items through mail.. the post office confirmed that it was delivered and received...this was August 2023. I sent copies of Post office receipt and where their employees told me to send it. I keep getting the round around . If u need copies I would gladly resubmit. Resolution Sought Refund me and do their job, not a happy customer.
