On 6/7/2025 Michael Harper did some chimney cleaning services for us. He charged us $1948.91 of which $155.91 was Washington sales tax for services performed in Oregon. I requested a refund for the tax which he denied and after I gave him the exemption statute # he said he would refund which has been over 3 months a several contacts later. Resolution Sought Refund the washington sales tax we paid

Per consumer: "Yes, I finally did get a response from the "Chimney Guy" I don't know if it was a result of your contact or the on line review I posted. I did get a refund of the sales tax but not without some unprofessional conduct and name calling. Thankyou"
