The Clair Firm LLC complaints

No communication, non responsive. Employer attitude.I understood the contract with the law Firm. I'm a stickler on letting a person do there job to get the best results. After hiring the Clair Firm I started getting worried about updates , i tried checking in two to three times a month checking the portal calling they didnt pick up each time and when she did I even stated I almost forgot I hired you. months go by no kind of updates not even that there is no updates. Weeks go by almost a month but6 she didn't want calls coming in . When i do speak to her she repeatedly say the same thing we need the property owner address. I gave what was in my contract to them day one I even texted it to her. I call this is what she say. Over and over again .4 months go by I call them to make sure they are able to reach someone since no communication with me no portal activity. I call very concerned and the paralegal Alisha she snapped at me and she is addressing the wrong person about an issue so yes I call Clair again to tell her what happened .I say i called print web address of owner send to them , took me less than 5 mnts to get it and send I'm confused. 5 months this all she say we can't reach them. I call get them immediately, it's a scam. If you don't hear from them and you call they use it against you. I spaced my calls and still was told I was excessively calling. Resolution Sought Have them to refund me something , she can't keep it and do nothing .
