Customer Complaint

Credit Management LP just added a collection account on all my credit reports. I have never received a phone call, a letter or anything about this debt. Furthermore this debt states 11 Comcast Cable which I am not a customer nor have I been a customer in over 10 years. Resolution Sought Immediately remove this collection from my credit reports and confirm that it is done. All of my addresses are listed on my credit report and they advised this account was from Chicago, IL where I have never resided. Proper steps under the FAIR DEBT ACT was not taken.
