The color room charged me for hair extensions that have damaged my hair because they were put in too close to my scalp (incorrectly) and completely mismatched. It looks terrible and I have consulted other salons that have confirmed this. My scalp is irritated and hair is breaking off. The hair they sold me is also SUBPAR. Even if it matched (which it doesn't) it is of terrible quality. I have gone back to the stylist and she has blamed me for not being gentle enough and saying "that's just how it looks when you have extensions." I cannot leave my home without wearing a hat after spending $1174.28! I feel completely exploited by deceptive business practices ! BTW, I had extensions in my hair for 10 years before moving here and this NEVER happened! Resolution Sought FULL reimbursement.
