Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have placed an order for a Bluetooth speaker June 7 ,2022! I never heard or received nothing from them! I've tried to contact them a few times, still haven't got any response! Resolution Sought I would like my money put back on my card!
