This complaint involves using White Glove Restoration in conjunction with FRSTeam. FRSTeam charged $11k for pack out of 2 rooms, no kitchen appliances; the insurance mistakenly paid this amount, and I was left with over $1,100 for a month storage for same items. When my belongings were delivered, my entertainment center was damaged beyond repair. The unit matched my wardrobe and 2 tables. When I replace the unit, I will have to replace these other 3 pieces. I have had conversations with Jacob at FRSTeam and he was suppose to call me 3 weeks ago, but I haven't heard from him yet; called the area manager on 1/23/23, haven't heard from her yet. My furniture was delivered Oct 3, 2022. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs since I know I was overcharged for the pack out and storage because I am an elderly, Black Female, and I want to avoid this happening to others like me. Resolution Sought Reimburse me the $2k to replace my items immediately! I have waited too long for this, and for the money they have received from the insurance and from me, this should be taken care of immediately.

The amount I am requesting to settle this claim is $2,000. This will replace the items broken and item needed to to MATCH the broken items. On January 13, 2023, Jacob was to call me and let me know the status of my request, and as of today, March 1, 2023, I have it heard from him or anyone from the company. This has been going on since October 2, 2023, and has caused the delay in completing my reconstruction of my downstairs.
