He charged me $299 for credit removals on my reports then charged $100 dollars a month until you get some results never had and results you will try to contact him never answer the phone he would get back with you a week later and now after I'm calling him out on somethings he's telling me he can't help me I'm better off going to find someone else for the job it's unprofessional not credit worthy and false Advertisement what he can do so please try to help me put him in his place so this can not happen too another person thank you. Resolution Sought Give me some of my money back if not all and quit false Advertising what he can do a doesn't

I informed Mr. Walker that refunds are non refundable after three business days of signing the client agreement. He's been with us since 8/17/2023. When he signed up I informed him that nothing is guaranteed to be removed from his credit reports. I provided him with an example like the one I will describe below. For example, let us say you have 10 negative items on your credit reports. I challenged all 10, and we wait 30 to 45 days for the credit agencies to respond. They may come back and say that they have deleted two out of the 10 negative items, which would leave you with eight negative items. Then, we repeat the process for the remaining items, with a $99 monthly fee. Each time I sent Mr. Walker his update, his scores increased, which I will be enclosing to BCA with this letter. We do not engage in false advertising everybody's credit profile is different.

Never stated non refundable after 3 days if so show me in writing that I sign that document of no refundable after after 3 days its just a scam to take people hard earned money
