BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege misrepresentation of services and difficulty obtaining refunds. Most customers allege they agree to sign up with the company based on their representation that they could obtain significant settlements in a short period of time, but when accounts are not settled creditors continue to call, seek judgments against the clients, and, in some cases, the customer is forced to file for bankruptcy. One customer reports the company initially failed to advise that their credit would be affected after signing on with the program. The information was not disclosed until after two months premium was deducted from the clients account. Other complainants allege, calls from creditors failed to cease or increased, poor customer service and dissatisfaction with receiving only partial refunds when no settlements occurred.

The company responds to some complaints by issuing refunds and closing accounts. In some cases, the company denied refunds stating the client was in breach of contract by not saving money monthly in their account. Generally, the company failed to address what services were provided to the clients.
