As of Today, I have not received my settlement payment. On today, 08/27/2023, this case was settled and everyone concerned was paid except for myself. The Lawyer that represented me, Kevonna Nathaniels, believes she did a good job, and believes she's not responsible any longer, because she doesn't handle making sure the client is completely satisfied with the service from start to finish, I'm trying to contact the firm's owner, Andre Dennis & Associates, before I proceed to take up this situation with the Bar Association. Resolution Sought Release my Settlement as of 8/29/2023. It can be done through ACH, because they have my banking information.
