Took my dog for a hair cut. The groom showed me a sample to pick from for my dog haircut. I waited in the shop for the groomer to finish. I paid but when I started walking out the shop my dog would not walk. He kept trying to itch his back side left to right right to left. When I got home to check his rear he was so shaved down he could not sit or walk. He displayed discomfort and didn't know what to do with himself. This happened June 30th. On July 1st I had to take my dog to the vet. Which they prescribed Gabapentin 100mg and Apoquel 5.4mg to relieve the itch and for pain. I called the groomer spoke with Amanda about this situation she said bring the vet. bill. So I did she contacted my dog vet. And reimbursed me $171.00 My dog and I suffered for 5 days. And he is still recovering. Also nicked his neck. I went for a hair cut not for a shave down. Resolution Sought I would like for BBB to do further investigation because while my dog was getting groomed another client walked in complaining about her dog after been groomed she had to take her dog to the vet. That shop needs further investigation.
