On August 31st, I dropped off my dog for overnight boarding at the dog shop located on Washington Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA after going to pick up my dog I noticed that she had a large gash under her neck, and a terrible odor. After further examining my dog, I noticed three large spots with a hair was removed. It appear to be removed by a collar or leased. It was left on her neck for a long period of time. The clerk suggested that her neck was wet because she was drooling, which was a false statement. They tried to cover it up and hurry us up out of the business, after getting the dog home, she immediately drank for 18 ounces bottles of water because she was dehydrated. She immediately ran outside in her backyard and went to the bathroom two or three times at once. She's never done that before. believe that she was left unattended and neglected for her total. Stay note the room that she was assigned to. Did not have cameras in it for us to check on her we truly believe that she was left in the room unattended for for a period of four days until we picked her up. Now, they were giving us the runaround to speak to a manager. This is definitely a case of animal abuse. Resolution Sought Refund the money and the amount for medication.
