Paid twice for same work on boat motor, paid $996.14 first time. Went to take boat out, indicator buzzer still not working. Took back for them to fix, again. Charged $493.71 to fix, still not fixed. Doesn't stand behind his work. Refusing to to fix, hence, formal grievance. NO time usage being shown by computer on motor between repairs. Resolution Sought Give a refund of $493.71 to take and get boat fixed somewhere else.
