Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I called and spoke with Barbara I was very mentally sick at the time I was separated from my husband I explained to her my situation she than replied I can do the divorce right now give you 500 off but only if you accept it now so I told her I would think about it. Call her back I almost did it but realized after she told me I sent everything we talked about in your email the only thing I got in my email was a receipt of my payment I did go online and ask for my money back but no response it's been since April that I made the call to her I feel like I was picked on I feel they only treat certain ppl with respect and satisfied customers by hand picking I felt not treated right at all for 5500 dollars she tried to take me for sad sad all I can say! Resolution Sought Refund my money.
