Nikki ruined my hair. I received Fusion extensions, after 15 days I asked to take out they hurt so bad I couldn't take it anymore. My first time ever having after ANY extensions. And Nikki knew this. My own hair was gone. I was in shock. I left there with half my hair left on my head. It was left on Nikki 's floor and in her comb with the glue. And also on car seat on the way home. I had beautiful blonde hair and it was gone. Nikki, shouldn't do this to any more ladies! She is cold and rude! This is wrong and she can not do this to anyone else, please. Resolution Sought Say sorry! And not do this to anyone again! Just be honest and not take money from innocent clients like you did me . You should be ashamed of yourself.

Tara did receive hair extensions in her hair. They actually were in 10 days which makes the the fusion bonds very hard to get back out because there no wear and tear on them. When she ask for them out I got her in the same day in my tight schedule because she said there were so uncomfortable. . I made aware its a process to take them out since their so new. Even though there new there still is sheading that occurs because we loose about 100 strands a day naturally. With the bonds holding them in they only come out with the removal of the bonds. When i was removing them that what i saw happening. with that said i never got to see here hair dry. Since I had another appointment coming in . Maybe her hair couldn't handle the take-out of fresh extensions but I had never had anyone of my 10 years of doing extensions complain about the takeout. I am sorry she feels like she lost hair and never want anyone to feel like that.
