Hello I'm having a problem with customer service. On April 28, 2024 I took my daughter cell phone to a repair shop in Inglewood California the owner at the shop quoted me a price of $310 to fix her cell phone and ship it to me being that I stayed in Las Vegas Nevada so I paid the money he gave me my receipt and also emailed me my invoice and told me to give him a call next day so that he can let me know that my phone would be shipped off on April 30 , but when I called a woman answered the phone and as I begin to give her my name and tell her the reason I was calling she instantly was agitated so I asked to speak with the person that I was doing business with the day before and she responded my husband isn't available. You can deal with me. I responded that's fine. I'm just calling to check on the phone and see if it will be shipped off as stated to me April 30 She said that I will receive a text because the pieces hadn't came yet and I said OK and hung up today, May 2, 2024 I called and the same woman answer the phone I asked about my daughters phone. She knew who I was and started yelling "look when your phone is fixed. I will ship it out to you. Stop calling" I replied that is so unprofessional. I paid $310 and all I wanna know is what's going on with the phone because I was promised that it would be shipped to me on April 30 which the owner also wrote on my receipt and today is May 2 and that's the only reason why I'm calling and she told me stop calling and hung up. Resolution Sought I would just like my daughter phone that I left with them to be fixed properly and shipped out to me like I was promised on April 28,2024 when I paid in full $310. It was already Exceeded the 72 hour mark and I feel if they needed more time a Courtesy call or just a polite conversation when I called would have Eased my nerves being I put my trust in them when I left the phone and paid in full.
