Our experience at the gates hotel was a nightmare. Our room was infested with bedbugs my wife and I were eaten alive by them. I had bites all over my body and the irritation and itch wouldn't allow me to sleep my whole week stay. I brought this issue to management and the customer service was atrocious. They said nothing could be done. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.
