The company is misleading and changes payments to something where you still somehow owe them money

The company is misleading and somehow changes your payment so you still owe money a week after paying

To stop False Advertising when they do not service our area.

My complaint is about The General Auto car insurance the commercial is advertised in DETROIT MICHIGAN when they do not service Detroit. I called they told me they don't service Detroit this false advertising.
