I am being told that I am liable to pay for faulty wiring in the complex breaker box after being told I had to hire an electrician whom found a wire capable of starting a fire which also already knocked out my power. Resolution Sought Pay for the damages

Our Office received this complaint notice regarding the above-mentioned person; however our systems do not show that this was a resident of our community at anytime . Can the lease dates please be provided so that further investigation can be done on our end if possible. Thanks
