I purchase a pair of tennis shoes a pair of three different Orthotics maybe four plantar fasciitis socks they never told me nothing couldn't be returning they told me I had a 90-day to let them know something it hasn't been 30 days and I told them it's not working for me I am still in a lot of pain I don't mind paying for the tennis shoes I don't mind paying for the plantar fasciitis socks because I am wearing them but I can't see why they would not return some of my money I have the product never wore it still in a bag they say being that it was a medical supply issue so they say they do not take it back I don't think it's fair if I spend that amount of money and not happy with the product they could at least adjust the bill cuz the product they gave me is not working. Resolution Sought Give me a refund If the product is not working it's definitely not helping I find that I am in more pain with the Orthotics they gave me then I was already in.
