Had pool installed two weeks ago. The top rails made of plastic are warped and do not snap down into place like they should. Called Great Escape was told they will eventually just settle but it's been 2 weeks and nothing has changed. That is unacceptable they need to be fixed I should not have to wait an entire season for them to snap into place need rails replaced immediately. Resolution Sought Replace defective see parts.
