We had plastic windows installed last year (May 2020). On or about 5 June 2020 we emailed them HOA approval. Around August 2020 the installation was completed. At the time of installation the windows would not close completely. We have notified Salvatore Belluso, sales agent and Chris Russell, owner/manager of the issue. They send out their Forman, Cleuton, to survey the issue. On 2 April 2021 Chris Russell wrote: "I met with Cleuton (William) and he was perplexed as to why the windows weren't fitting into the top channel. I'd like to stop by and see myself this coming week. Which days are good for you?" That follow up has never happened. We have attempted to have Chris repair the issue. His latest email blames the vendor: He wrote on 6 May 2021: "Hey Lou, Sorry I forgot to respond to your last message. I was planning to have my manufacturer rep come take a look with me when he was in town a few weeks back since it's a manufacturer warranty issue, but he's in a different division now and doesn't handle the 4-track windows anymore. The new rep is based out of Florida and I haven't been able to reach him. If the room is open tomorrow I'll stop by and take some photos to send up to the factory. Thanks, Chris Russell The Great Outdoors ". At the time of installation Salvatore Belluso was quick to collect the final payment. Resolution Sought Windows that close properly.

Company states: This service was completed before we got the original complaint letter from BCA. I thought the homeowner would have acknoledged that. This matter is resolved.
