I purchased a water heater on 5/17/2021 it was new in a box, with a six year warranty no money back but will replace. The water heater started to leak, so we called the man back an he said that it needs a part. He went to home depot purchased the part. We replaced the wood, the next day the wood was wet, when we turn the water on we hear a humming house. The man came out 3 times saying he would be back but never did so I went back to the business on sat June 5th an the lady (wife) said that he would be out on June 7th Monday but never showed up. Resolution Sought I would like the business, to give me another water heater with a 6 year warranty in good faith. Thank You.
