Purchased refrigerator. Item was damaged. Requested delivery staff to return. They told us to keep as loaner and request new one. We refused. Delivery staff immediately took damaged refrigerator and left. They didnt inqire as to whether or not we wanted old one taken back into house. We requested them to sit old one on driveway. For 2 days we have contacted MDO office and Hotline number and Home depot. Every contact except Home depot has told us the delivery staff would return to bring refrigerator back into house. All of refrigerated items have deteriorated .We have no where to put food. We are elderly and are unable to bring old refrigerator into the house. We have a replacement refrigerator scheduled for Dec. 7, 23. The date was Thursday Nov.30,23. Currently we still have our old refrigerator on driveway in the rain Resolution Sought Refund for deteriorated refrigerated items. Old refrigerator returned to inside of house til new one arrives.
