I've been trying for nearly 3 months to return a bathroom vanity. When I speak with homedepot they say we've got you set up from pickup, but no pickup. In regards to the company they use for returns. I've emailed them 4-5 times no real results. My refund is tied to the merchandise being picked up. Resolution Sought Send someone to pick it up and return my funds
