I ordered and paid for two windows for my home last August 18,2023. I was told it would take 6 weeks max. Then In OCTOBER 2023, I called and ask what the hold up was. I really got the run around, they could find my order then they said it was a permit issue. I already had the permit. Finally spoke with an Andrew 916-455-3663. Said they were sorry they dropped the ball. They stated that they needed to measure the bedroom window because it needed to be bigger. An extra $400. I refused to pay any more money they agreed they would absorb the cost. They remeasured the window and promised that it would be another 6 weeks ,would be the first week of February. It's now February 15,2024. We ordered the two windows August 18,2023. The Home Depot is not returning our calls. Resolution Sought Refund our $1800 ASAP. I will call a window company from now on.
