Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

January 31 we paid a $35 measuring fee for carpet in our upstairs master closet. Home Depot came out and measured on Feb 2 and charged us $377.75 They didn't contact us for a couple weeks. When they did reach out they asked if anyone had called to schedule an install appt. We told them no and got one scheduled that day. When they came out to install on February 26, they said it was 2ft too short and they left. Since then we have called and have been disconnected, left multiple messages, and have even gone into the actual store. Nobody will get back to us and the managers always seem to be on lunch or "away" at the moment. This also isn't the first time this has happened. Our living room carpet was suppose to have been installed right before Thanksgiving, but they measured wrong, and again it was "too short". We're wondering if the installers are running a scam. Resolution Sought I would like to be credited everything that that we've already paid. $412.75
