I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on April 15 it was delivered on the 18 home Depot installed it and water came out flooded my wooden floors the gave me the number to Samsung tech support. Called them they came out and said regulator has a broken part so they ordered it and today may 3 2022 that they don't have the part and they want to work out with a refund my wife lost a day of work and they don't want to do any thing Resolution Sought Pay me for my Damages $5000
