I ordered a customized interior and screen door from Home Depot 10/19/2021 and it took 6.5 months to install. They installed a standard size doors which left a speed bump as a threshold. I have a paraplegic son that uses this entrance to get in and out, I have called numerous times to no avail on fixing this problem. They sent out several persons to check and keep getting the same answers they will fix it, days go by without any call back after promises of calling back within 2 hours. As of today I have not heard back. My son is presently in a rehab center before transitioning home and if this problem doesn't get resolved it will be a huge problem. Please help. URGENT Resolution Sought Replace the size doors ordered with the flat threshold
