Had some windows installed. They were not installed correctly and caused water damage and mold to the inside of my home. Filed a claim with their liability insurance and they offered $6200 to fix it. That's not even gonna barley scratch the surface of getting all the mold out of my house. Pre-black mold is what was found in my son's bedroom. He has been displaced from his room for the past 10 months. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay for the damages in full. They left out a step upon installation that caused the damage. If they had installed correctly I would not be dealing with this. The reason I used Home Depot in the first place was because of their warranty on the windows .. a double lifetime guarantee on the product, plus installation. Also wanted the peace of mind to know they would be around IF a problem came up. Not like a fly by night storm chasing company.
