Rude employee.

Manager was a female, very rude to my family and I on Wednesday evening. She need some people skills and some ability to deal with customer service and not yell and treat people like they're morons, she spoke in front of a little boy very unprofessional not quite sure what her problem is but you should keep her locked up in the office in the back and not let her be around people. Get a manager that can act like a human being and resolve problems. Not somebody letting the power go to their brain and losing customers! I am a contractor everybody I know is a contractor and at this point I will refer everybody to go to Lowe's.
